A. Booking is simple and fully online. Visit our website, choose your location, select a unit, and complete the quick signup. You can manage your account and payments anytime through your customer portal.

A. Our minimum commitment is just one month. After that, it is a completely flexible rolling contract with no long-term commitment. Rent for one month or as long as you need.

A. No deposit is required. You simply pay for your first month's storage at the time of move-in.

A. No, each customer should supply their own high-quality container lock. This ensures that you are the only person with access to your unit. We recommend a high-quality container-specific lock such as CISA or Abus, placed inside the lock box in the centre of the container for maximum protection.
