Booking and Rentals
Q. How do I book a storage unit?
A. Booking is simple and fully online. Visit our website, choose your location, select a unit, and complete the quick signup. You can manage your account and payments anytime through your customer portal.

Q. Is there a minimum rental period?
A. Our minimum commitment is just one month, after that it is a completely flexible rolling contract with no long-term commitment. Rent for one month or as long as you need.

Q. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A. No deposit is required. You simply pay for your first month's storage at the time of move-in.

A. Yes. Because we offer flexible monthly terms, you can adjust or cancel your rental at any time (subject to our standard terms).

Q. What are your access hours?
A. Our sites use secure gated access with your own unique PIN code. This allows convenient access during our operating hours of 7am – 9pm.

A. Very secure. Every site features:

- 24-hour CCTV monitoring
- Gated entry with PIN code access
- Fully fenced premises.
- Brand new, robust container units with lock boxes to provide additional security. You supply your own high-quality padlock for maximum personal security.
Q. Do you provide the container lock?
A. No, each customer should supply their own high quality container lock. This ensures you are the only person that has access to your unit. We recommend a high quality container specific lock such as from CISA or Abus, the lock should be placed inside the lock box in the center of the container for highest level of protection
Q. Do you provide insurance?
A. Yes – Contents protection can be purchased at the time of booking for a declared value of goods in storage. If you wish to add insurance to your unit or to adjust the amount of contents coverage you currently have, please contact us.
Q. Is contents insurance required to rent a unit?
A. Yes – proof of contents insurance is mandatory. You can purchase our contents protection or arrange your own cover if desired. Full details are available on our insurance page.
What Can I Store?
